Returns & Refunds

Products can be returned within 1 week after receiving the item. Shipping costs for returning an item will not be refunded unless there has been an issue with the quality of a product or you received a wrong order. Once the order returns to us you will receive a refund of the original order (minus the shipping costs if you’re outside of Germany) within 3 – 5 business days.

Payment:
You can pay via PayPal, Credit Card or Direct Transaction. 

Delivery:
Delivery is free within Germany and takes between 2 – 3 business days. Delivery within Europe costs 9,90€ and takes between 3 – 10 business days, depending on your location.
